Roadmap

AllPlayful is free and still growing. This is what we're working on, in rough order. Nothing here is a promise or a date, and the order can change as we learn what families need most.

Now

Better playground details

If you can't find a playground, nothing else about it matters, so location details come first: names, addresses, cities and exact pin positions for every listing. Right behind them are the features and amenities families look for, such as bathrooms, shade, water fountains, benches and parking.

More equipment to filter by

New equipment filters keep arriving. The latest are balance steppers, climbing towers, corkscrew climbers, climbing ropes, rock walls and embankment slides. If your kid loves something we can't filter for yet, tell us.

Your suggestions

A person reviews every suggestion from the site. We're working on getting corrections onto the map faster.

Next

Photos from families

You'll be able to add a photo of a playground. A person will review every photo before it appears.

Shade and hot-day details

Shade matters most on a summer day. We want to show where it is: trees, covered play areas, and splash pads.

Ages and accessibility

Clearer age ranges and more detail on access, such as surfaces, ramps, gates and fencing, so you can pick a place that works for everyone in your group.

Later

Events at and near playgrounds

Story times, park concerts, festivals, splash pad openings and other things happening at a playground or close by.

More places

More states and cities, growing outward from where our families already are.

Saved favorites

A short list of your go-to playgrounds, kept for you.

Things nearby

Restrooms, food, shops and parking close to the play area, so you can plan the whole outing.

Tell us what's missing

Have an idea we haven't listed? We'd like to hear it. Send it from the contact page, or suggest a playground we're missing on the suggestion form.
